Habitat Apartments, Applecross

THE CHALLENGE

  • The thoughtfully-designed, elegant apartments are positioned atop an elevated block in leafy Applecross,

  • With a combination of light and dark finishes, and a variety of one, two, and three-bedroom designed apartments, efficiency across all areas was a must.

THE OUTCOME

  • Design & construct with reverse cycle ducted air conditioning supplied by Panasonic, uniquely sized for each apartment,

  • Linear bar grilles were chosen for each apartment in order to maintain the minimalist style and pairing with light or dark finishes,

  • FD HVAC was also engaged to install a car park ventilation system, designed by an external mechanical consultant.
